ECB chief sees hopeful signs in economic crisis

Here is some great international news, something that is always welcome. Europe is starting to show signs of coming out of their recession. In the past, this really didn’t seem to affect the U.S. much. In the past 10 years or so, it seems like everything affects everyone around the globe. If things can improve there it will have a positive effect on our economy as well. You can see the positive effects of low interest rates at work there, and wonder if what is happening here with our rates rising will repeat there in time.
